Who can view

While sharing is on, anyone who has the link can view the report without an account. Treat the link itself as view access.

What forwarding changes

Forwarding the link gives another person the same view access. It does not let them comment or manage the report; those actions require an approved signed-in account.

What the owner controls

The owner can stop sharing at any time; access may take a short time to fully expire. Reports are not edited in place—change the source and upload a new report.
